Occupancy:
Maximum Occupancy in unit is 8.
Specific Rental conditions:
The villa is strictly no smoking. There may be a charge for air conditioning depending on the time of year. Extra cost if maid required.
Arrival Day:
We prefer bookings that run from one Saturday to the next. There may be some flexibility so please contact us to discuss your particular booking.
Pet Policy
Absolutely no cats, dog or any other type of pet allowed.
Quite Time Policy:
There is no specific quiet time rule ... guests must respect neighbours.
Infant Policy:
Guest is responsible for the safety of all their children. The unit has a crib
Check In / Out:
The standard check in time is 15:30 and the departure time is 11:00. There may be some flexibility so please contact us to discuss your particular booking. |
